Refund policy
Because they are perishable products and personal consumption, we do not accept returns, we carefully review each product before being sent to check that it is in optimal condition.
In the event that your product arrives damaged by the parcel, you have 24 hours to notify us and send us photographs. It is important that you check the product when it is delivered and if it is damaged, DO NOT accept it for the damage.

Once your proofs (photos) and product are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a specified number of days.
Discounted Items
Only regular priced items can be returned, unfortunately discounted items cannot be returned.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Important:
We are not responsible for mishandling by the end user, that is, if we send you a product that is sensitive to heat or sunlight, and you leave it in these conditions, it will be your responsibility, please follow the progress of your product on delivery.
