    Important: It is sent frozen and it is thawed once in transit, shipments to all of Mexico.

    The bread can be stored frozen for up to 6 months or up to 20 days in a cool and dry environment, do not leave it in direct sunlight.

    We recommend freezing it shortly after receipt and removing it from the freezer as needed.

    We use Seitan, modified wheat starch, that is, its modification is the extraction of certain nutrients that are necessary to achieve a taste / texture similar to bread, but that do not have a medium or high glycemic impact on the body as would be the flour of wheat as such in medium or high quantities.

    The oat fiber we use is somewhat similar, we only use oat fiber, not oatmeal as such, so its glycemic impact is minimal.
