Nutritious Low Carb Keto Tomato Cream Recipe

This cream is rich in nutrients and low in carbohydrates with a pleasant creamy texture, it also has a flavor that you will surely love.
Recipe for 5 servings.
Ingredients:
⭐ 1 tablespoon olive oil⭐ 30 g unsalted butter
⭐ ¼ white onion, minced
⭐ 1 garlic clove, minced
⭐ 340 g of curly cauliflower
⭐ 14 ounces diced tomatoes
⭐ 240 ml heavy cream
⭐ 240 ml chicken broth
⭐ 2 tablespoons SOLA SWEET sweetener
⭐ 1 teaspoon of white wine vinegar
⭐ ¼ teaspoon of paprika
⭐ ¼ teaspoon ground white pepper
⭐ 1 teaspoon ground mustard
⭐ 1 ½ teaspoons sea salt
preparation:
- Place a large saucepan over medium-high heat and add the olive oil and butter; Once hot, add the onion and garlic, cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add the cauliflower rice and continue cooking, stirring all the ingredients very well.
- Add the diced tomatoes, cream, chicken broth, SOLA SWEET , spices and seasonings, bring the mixture to a boil and reduce the heat to a simmer, continue cooking for 20 minutes.
- Remove the soup from the heat and use an immersion blender or food processor to puree it, the mixture should be smooth and creamy.
