Low carb toast recipe with avocado, serrano ham and poached eggs

This is a delicious, quick, and low-carb recipe to enjoy on a morning toast. Do not miss it!
Recipe for 4 servings.
Ingredients:
⭐ 4 slices of SOLA SWEET box bread of your choice⭐ 1 large avocado
⭐ 4 slices of Serrano ham
⭐ 2 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese
⭐ 4 eggs
⭐ 3 cups of water
⭐ 2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
⭐ Sea salt and ground black pepper
preparation:
- Let's start by preparing the poached eggs, bring the water to a simmer and add the vinegar, gently break the eggs into the water and cook for about 4 minutes, until the whites are firm but the yolks remain runny.
- Toast the bread and cover with sliced avocado, season with sea salt and black pepper to your liking, cover with slices of ham and mozzarella.
- Lastly, add the poached eggs.
Ready to enjoy!
💡 TIP: You can decorate the toasted bread with radishes or chopped parsley, both will add an even better flavor.
